The Rubberbandits are Ireland’s most unique act to date. The duo released their single “Horse Outside” December 2010, and since then it has received significant recognition, not only in Ireland but Worldwide. The single has over 7 million Youtube views since its release, 100,000 Itunes downloads and the most tweeted video link in the world.
Horse Outside was the song that made Christmas 2010 in Ireland better than bearable .it’s one of those songs that taps into everyones inner need to sing more songs about Horses, and of course the triumph of the little guy in the nasty world of love.

The duo released their second single ” I wanna fight your father” and proved that they were no one trick pony.

The live show is a rip roaring music and comedy adventure and summer 2011 saw the act bring it to the Reading, Leeds and Latitude festivals in the Uk inbetween visits to the USA, France and Germany.

They released their new single “Black Man” in November 2011 and it has already clocked up half a million views in one week as their second Comedy Blap for Channel Four goes live.

The First Comedy Blap “The Concert” was released early November and spawned the single “Black Man” which has clocked up almost 500,000 youtube views. The lead single from the pairs debut album, “Serious About Men” which lands in stores December 2nd 2011. The single saw Limerick’s unlikely lads dealing with coming up with new material for their live show in the way that only they could.

Currently on a UK tour packing out venues from Glasgow to Oxford and finishing up with a complete sell out at London’s XOYO.
The pair are heading off on tour to Australia in early 2012… Aussies won’t know what hit them.
